"I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate Jan. My dad is not in good health and his condition is worsening. Jan has been there from the beginning, giving not only great support to my dad, but to my family as well. At times my dad can be very crabby since he is in pain most of the time. Jan has a unique way of lifting his spirits and snapping him out of a grumpy streak. He gets confused at times and she is very patient when explaining things to him. She has also kept me and my sibling informed of his condition and expresses her concerns when my dad is having particularly bad days.

We have just signed on with Hospice to try to get better pain management for him and will continue to use Right at Home because of the great connection my dad has with Jan and the care she provides is well worth the expense.
